This stately house required a renovation that was tailored to its occupants with a better flow pattern and optimum storage. The house, occupied by an active family had an outdated kitchen whose flow and function did not accommodate their active lives. The sun porch was one season and the living room lacked a connection to the back yard. The South facing back yard has beautiful light and views of the swimming pool. The objective of the project was to provide a greater connection to the outdoors and while enlarging each of the individual spaces. On the second floor two smaller bedrooms and bath were to be combined into one large master suite.
